Error installing VB6	Can't Post

Ok I have a problem when I click the setup icon, it says i don't have enough memory, now this is ram and i have 256mb memory with 90% performence. I restart but it's still the same thing. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Ok now when I click on it it says
The ACMSETUP.EXE file is linked to missing exper MSSETUP.DLL:TermIME.

Ok everything was coming together when it says I need to run Instal wizard first. This wizard wasn't included in my package and if it was, where is it?

I can start downloading it but like 20 or 30 into it just zips and says its complete. With it doing that i don't have all the files. Should I try to download using Inernet Explorer.

I went into limewire and searched "visual basic 6". The one at the very top of the list was a good one if u wanna try it out. I might post the installer l8er...
