What program is need to make runescape bots,clients,and autotalkers?Also,where can i download it?And can you give me the link?

Its called programming. You need a compiler. Google it. Oh and you need basic knowledge of programming.. im not sure what language is used for bots but for SCAR its pascal..

use Visial basic. If you want something more You can try out Delphi or Java.
because this threads is rather about programing then autominers or any other cheats I`ll just move it.
