Login Form - Improvments

I basically did some improvements to the login dialog form. You can see for yourself here:

This is the source to the login dialog for SSC (Scar Script Creator) took me about 5 minutes to modify the dialog. The modifcations are:
Login Attempts
&
Accepts Username and Password
This was just a quick modification, I hope you like it =p.
