Need help with my rs client (VB6)	Can't Post

Hello!
I read some guides to learn how to make a runescape client on vb 6.
I think I understand how I can make the World switcher, but I'm not 100% sure.

The problem is that Jagex edited the world URL's, so I don't know what codes I have to write to open the different worlds.
I saw that DeadMeat made a guide with all the world URL's, but that is the old "codes".

Can some1 please tell me what codes I need to the different worlds? It would be very nice of you if you also add the code to get runescape.com on client load (I mean that the client goes to the site then you start it).

Please help me guys, I'm noob at vb Unsure
