Problem	Can't Post

I finally managed to download Visual Basic 6 enterprise edition but i can't install it. I go to the folder and click setup.exe and then follow the instructions. I then get to a point where an error message comes up saying "You must run the installation Wizard before running this setup". The setup then closes. The problem is I can't find the Installation Wizard.
