VB Closes When making a Browser...	Can't Post

Ok, so i am trying to make a browser.. And im new to VB, so bare with me. Ok, so when i go to Ctrl-T, then i scroll down to choose MS Intenet Controls, and when i click Apply, the Document closes, anyone know what to do?
