Visual Basic	Can't Post

Now i'm used toe the visual basic interface and the program, but the code hurts my brain it confuses me so much! can someone break it down and explain it for me

For some reason, my VB6 always gives me Windows Errors when I'm trying to make a program, any suggestions?
