Well...	Can't Post

A buddy of mine decided to write a program in VB that restarts a computer every 2 minutes, and thought he could test it on his computer and remove the file, but it seems that his computer takes more than 2 minutes to start up and log in.
Any ideas on how to remove it?
I think it's hillarious.

Start in safe mode. Then delete it.
