What's wrong with my VB 6.0?	Can't Post

Everytime I open my VB 6.0, I get a normal screen and I can code in it, but when I try to test it, it says error, and when I try to add a form like a webrowser, login dialog, etc.. It keeps giving me this:

could be ur comp, whenever i go to give my friend one of my programs it comes with the same error except it has the program name instead of visual basic, im just saying, might be ur comp, try re-installing vb and if that dont work try getting visual studio .net
