help	Can't Post

i downloaded wanna be's visual basic and i always try to open it, but this stupid thing keeps poping up.plz help.and the setup for visual studio which has C++ and alot of visual stuff i want, but it can't setup cz it's missing files and alot of importent stuff.somone plz give me a link to a website that has a visual basic that works with no errors.
