Make the file in you sys32 folder.
It could just be blank if you wished, but make sure it has one line-feed (press enter once). Then save it as AUTOEXEC.NT

Make a new txt file (right click in a folder and go to New > Text File)

Put a line-feed (Enter key) in the text file. Go to File > Save As.

Change the "Save as Type" drop-down box to All Files.

Put in the name AUTOEXEC.NT

Navigate to your system32 folder and save it with that name.

Make sure you have "All Files" or else it'll save it as AUTOEXEC.NT.txt
