Is it possible to get a FREE host with no pop-ups?
If there arent any I understand... Poor them losing money

Hmm...

There are quite a few out there, but they don't offer much space. Beanrack has a FREE plan that offers forum hosting, just with a few text ads. If you do find those, they have pop-unders and huge-ass image ads.

I use FF, so I never really know which sites have popups and which don't, being that FF blocks all of them Smile

I use 50webs located at www.50webs.com It doesn't have hidden pop-ups, but your website will be www.yoursite.50webs.com which is a small price to pay for the services they give. If your that picky just use a .tk redirection ;)

you will not find a FREE site with no popups. thats how they generate revenue to cover up for your disk usage. and .tk also makes popups. i use this thing called stopzilla which is ok because it supresses malicious code such as adware and spyware. but topcities.com lets you take the ads off your site but makes popups but are easily blocked

I beg to differ. There are some out there that will put a link back to there main webpage or just put the advertisements on your website rather than have pop-ups.

One was compguy11.com, but I don't think there accepting new sign-ups because there moving to a bigger host. Maybe soon they will find a new host and allow applications for new hosting again.

Note: Compguy11.com's services are FREE, but he likes donations. heh.

You could try using MSN groups. I don't know any other host that is FREE and has no pop ups.

It's under preferences under 'Marketting' I think.

And am I right that TK isn't hosting, but a referal? I use co.nr (so it was www.mysite.co.nr). And I use a really nice hosting (something like 100 meg, 1000 mg of bandwith, FP and everything, no adds, FREE). But recently the site owner shut that down, so no more new accounts.

And I think co.nr is back up, so you can get www.whatever.co.nr. The only add you have to do, is a really minature banner that you put on in the front page (can be in a hidden corner if you want).
