Yeah, half of the web design is graphics anyways, most of the sites these days use graphics put together into a template to make it look nice.

It probably would be beneficial to learn a bit of coding like HTML, CSS, etc.

Yeah if you do it would be easier or you could use some program to make do the coding for you for exaple : Microsoft Frontpage.

Dreamweaver costs $$$, most people have frontpage with Office XP. For the 15 year old at home, frontpage gets the job done.
