PHP support

FTP support

MySQL Database

I was using awardspace but it's not letting me create a database on there. Anyone know any other good ones?

Hmmm.... if you're just trying to make a forum, use host4phpbb.com. The database and phpBB installation are already set up for you, but you don't have any access to source files.
