Rating : Not Good

Reason : I do not like the skin very much with the dark red color. And the fact that the header is a shoutbox really brings it down. Have a link the the shoutbox or something or make it smaller. And you need a logo.

Like all the other forums here you just stuck a skin in and made some categories. Try learning some HTML, so you can figure out how to take the 'sking made by Ryan' thing out. That is always the sign of an amatuer. You could also try designing you own theme in the future.
