best forum software? Can't Post

i am going to setup a forum but need to know which is the best :P here are some features i want with it

add addons with ease
have groups with thier own group mod
integrate it with my site
change the layout
content management (with mambo or running of the forum)
professional look

Depends,

Phpbb is very easy to change with lots of addons for it. VB is nice it has a huge acp. I never liked IPB that much.

I think I like phpbb the most.

phpBB is excellent, but it sucks that so many crappy forums are made with it. Almost all forums based on vBulletin are great, becuase a mediocre designer isn't going to drop the cash for it.

God, have any of you even used vBulletin?

I have, Its very nice. So many people use phpbb you can get lots of mods and hacks for it. And its so easy to change. And VB is so huge, its harder to find what you want. But I like it, it just costs money for that reason I would go with phpbb.
