Are you allowed access to the source files of FREEwebs? if not, you're pretty much stuck with what they give you unless you copy/paste the HTML from somewhere.

You need to change it to HTML mode and upload the source and images for your template.

Well what are you planning to do with this site?

FREEwebs is very limited, you might want to look into using a different FREE host.

You just have to upload the pages and put all the images into some directory and change the code for the images to that location.
