when making one, how do you add new forums, because i added one and it didn't show up. And another thing, is a catagory like the catagories in these forums are general, runescape, stuf like that. And the forums are runescape 2, rs classic, stuff like that?

When you make a new forum it will have table at the bottom of the page, and then just add a plus to all of the options except banned.
