What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word internet? I think of porn. Most of peoples lifes are occupied by watching porn, when people need to realize that life exceeds more than masturbation. When people sit their for hours at a time doing it.

Their is a such thing called "Porn Addiction". What happens is you can't stop watching porn and you can't help but to masterbate you get addicted. When you finallly are able to perform sexual intercourse with the oppisite sex, it is less satasfactory. Because you are used to your own expectations. It makes sex boring when you get older. All I'm saying is don't sit their and masterbate 12 times a day.

Normal is like 1 every 3-6 days.

When mastrabate u feel pleasure caused by dopamine traveling through the brain. Dopamine is all natuaral, and its very addictive. It is kindof like alcohol or tobacco, the longer you use it the more u need to feel the same affect. So if u start mastrubating after a while ur gonna want more and more and its hard to quit. Well I'm not a health teacher but I'd say thats alittle bit above average in terms of masterbation. I would say just chill and watch some educational TV or something that will make you not want to masterbate. Like the Bug channel or something. When I meant it won't satisfy you I mean it won't be as pleasing as it would normally be. It also kind of depends on how old you are, I mean if your 10-13 your going to do it alot, but when you turn 14-16 you start to mellow out on it, so I guess don't worry.

Haha...I know a good trick to help that, either tuck your wood under your waist line in your pants or look at someone that is very ugly and think of the movie "hostel" and imagine cutting off their ear or what ever your looking at with a hack saw or something. That trick also helps build mind concentration.

Well by the very descriptive text I have quoted above this, it seems you know this from experience eh? Well I doubt you say you never masterbate. Because it's pretty much human nature to do so. And you don't get bored by looking at a womens anatomy, and than having sex. You get bored by repeating the feeling of exotic satisfaction.

Sometimes that doesn't work if you just think of ugly people. Try and think of disturbing images like people slaughter cows or even little children. Possibly even take this as an example:
