can you take that to work and get a raise? Can you take it to school and get an A? Can you take it to the Government and get an exemption from your taxes? Will it put you in office? And how many "offline" arguments do that for you? Unless you have a job as a lawyer or politician, not much. If exercising your brain and taking as much time as you need to write out thoughts with the ability to back out at any point with no real consequences is "stress" then you have a problem. Especially when the alternative is having no time to think while yelling in the faces of people sitting in front of you, not to mention the higher possibility that it's with people you know very well and risks damaging relationships. Right now I am arguing because I don't agree with your post. I'm not stressed and I'm doing it because I want to express an opinion and in fact if I were stressed right now this would probably relieve that stress, just like gaming and other computer activities would. Speaking of which, I'm sure gaming is a bigger waste of time than having a semi-intelligent argument with another human being, although you probably use your computer for that a lot more often than you use it for posting on forums.
