     My Retiring from FGF

I feel the time has come for me to go. I have been at FGF for over two years now (also on another account), I've come to know many people, the mods, the vets and Jaime. It has been a fun time, but also a working time, from responding to 10-20 Moderator post notifications a day, from banning hundreds of people, from deleting, posting, watching and acting.

In the past weeks, I have not been very active, I have not done a good job, as I used to. I barly answer the flood of PM's I get every day. This and my retiring is because of several reasons which I would like to state here:

1) I had long ago quit the actual game; RuneScape
2) The scams and spams just never end; I have come to fully understand that now. Me and my team (the mods) have done everything we could to help, but in the end nothing has really changed.
3) The post quality has gone down drastically, people in the 'new age' seem to not care about spelling or proper use of the english language anymore, thats immature.
4) I feel I have just 'grown out' of this. Let's face it, most people at FGF are age 8-13. Im turning 16 soon.
5) Lastly, as school will start in a week or so, I don't want to lessen my grades again, by going on FGF whenever I can to clean up. I just want to try harder this year. I cannot do an awesome job in school, and an awesome job at modding at the same time. I simply can't.

I am sorry to go, but at the same time happy that I leave like this. I look forward to a better future, not in a new forum, no, but in real life.

I realize that someone will need to take my position as Super Mod/MM Manager. This person, I am still deciding on, It will be one of the current RuneScape Mods though.

Finally I would like to take a minute to thank the following people who have made my stay here possible, who have helped me when needed and who have supported me:

Special Thanks to the following people:

Jammer
TerranKiller
Friday13th
SMI
Loads O Fire
Bolt
Arkarnor
Cutie1000
Jehu
Nadkicker69
Lother
Del
Absolut Ion

--------------

I will still visit FGF from time to time, without 'my powers'. I just wish to keep in contact with the many of the great people that I have met here, mostly the mods and admin. Maybe I will even come back one day, to put in a new effort, a new hope, a better FGF.

For now I want to say thank you for all the years of entertainment, and goodbye to you all.

Wow, I can't beleive it,

I'm going to miss you M.G

Your not going to block everyone on your aim/msn list.. are you?Unsure

I wish that scammers didn't have to ruin a great forum, and really mods have no power over it, your right.

I know you will pick a great new supermod though, that will try and help this forum the best they can, just like you tryed, and have helped..

So long M.G , I am glad that you might be visiting once in a while

He'll come back. They all do like the time you were getting blammed for scamming so you felt like you had to leave but then later you came back.

Good day sir, I hope good this are to come in the future for you.

*play suspenseful music*
Does this mean Xbot is to take over super modding in this section too? If not who would?

First, I will probably not come back. Maybe in a long time I will.

People come back when their unfairly accused of something or feel guilty. For me neither of those apply. I am leaving because I want to do better and school, and take this burden off me.

And to SMI, either you or Nick will be it, not Xbot, no never. He's got more than enough power already.

Bye M.G. Thanks for everything you've done here at FGF. This place would be much less enjoyable if we didn't have you, always watching. I suppose my avatar would be better suited to you.

Anyways, good bye, and we're sorry to see you go.

Terrankiller - too blunt most of the time.

Friday13th - hard to contact, occasional poor english.

Good desicion, making your school work your number one priority.

I wont say I'll miss you, seeing as I had virtually nothing to do with you...

Please don't talk about them like that. They are both fine mods, and were the best of the best a few months back.

Yes, they are great people, I never said that they were anything less than great...that's just the reason they might not qualify is all...But it's not like my opinion in this matter would impact any decisions, as Jammer gets the final word on it.
