Give Vista some time people. No OS has ever have a lot of things that work for them when they first come out.

It's not bug issues or anything right now cause i know they get sorted eventually its the lack of good ideas the lack os usefull tools and the all this locking media down i baught my cd i should be able to listen to it on anything i want and do anything i want with it, Plus i play a game called Eve online were the videos section is huge and i should still be able to play Eve with bootcamp fraps at a decent speed and use this Ilife suite i've heard alot about for movie editing.

Get a Mac Pro. If Windows XP will still suit your needs then install that with Boot Camp rather than Vista.

Oh, and I couldn't understand a single word you said 'cause um, your grammer just plain sucks.

What do you mean? I don't like Macs, but Mac OS is a heck of a lot better than Windows, and Vista's new "features" are the worst thing Microsoft has ever done to the computer industry yet, regardless of whether the actual product works better than previous versions of Windows.

I'm not talking about bugs. Read the article I linked to if you have time, because it would take time to explain. Basically, the latest "security" feature gives software and hardware companies complete control over your computer and takes away your rights. That's not going to improve over time. It's put there purposefully, as Microsoft's most drastic move yet to wipe out competition. Have I ever mentioned that I absolutely despise Microsoft with every fiber of my being?

If you have any mind at all you cannot be serious. At first, though I hated Windows, I had some admiration for Bill Gates because he was good enough of a businessman to start a monopoly, even though the products suck. I will never use Vista because I like my PC rights and all that. Now it's pretty much worth it to shell out the extra dollars for a Mac, or find an older one for like $100 on eBay.

You know Vista is gonna suck when Microsoft is already working on their new operating system to proceed it.

Another thing that has me intrested in Macs is how easy they are to use straight outthe box, I don't want to spend hours messing about with a new computer i just want to use it. Also can anybody tell me if you can change and upgrade mac just like a PC? like swap the graphics card for a better one and such?

They're working on a service pack already because they have noticed the pattern where people expect the product to be buggy until the first update. Most businesses won't buy Vista until the first service pack. So they purposefully left out part of the product to release it a little later and get profit faster.

Also, as an added note, most video GAMES CANNOT play on the Vista, they simply crash after a while.

Lol @ Microsoft.

Development on Vista started in 2001, which, if you recall, was when XP came out.

Yes, you can. The Mac Pro, particularly, is extremely upgradable. I believe it comes with 1GB of RAM but can be upgraded to 16. You get plenty of choices when it comes to what you want in it.
