1) When the idiots in power finally find out that making everybody equal in status and weatlth = a better country

2) When the idiots in power take their guns they bought with their money using their power and puts a bullet through their own faces.

Unfortunately, those two ways will never come, and you will always have wars, 'cause everybody's too damn evil and greedy to see past their own asshairs.

To have world peace, we'd have to obliterate goverment as we know it, most religions (such as conserative Christianity/Islam, certain Jewish sects, all fundementalism), racsim, poverty, nationalism/patriotism, sexism, homophobia, and classism.
Most of humanity is selfish and is out for themselves. The world we live in so pollutes poeple, and the upper class is interested in mantaining that. Peace will not arrive forever. And for the love of God, someone make the first post more itelligient.
