I sent my computer into apple to get the keyboard fixed, as some of the buttons weren't working. (Mac Book Pro). And they sent it back with my windows partition for VMware fusion moved, and some of my iTunes songs moved, no biggy, but they deleted my torrent programs! I went to download some Batman movies and my tomatotorrent was gone. Blush

Torrenting itself isn't, but he mentioned in his OP that he had illegal files stored on his hard drive anyway.

They advise backing up of files before sending in computers for repair, but it still seems stupid that file loss occurred when replacing a keyboard.
