Microsoft's reply to my email Can't Post

I emailed Microsoft a few days ago complaining about Messenger's persistance to open email in Internet Exploder

instead of Firefox. I got a reply from them today:

Code
Hello Steve,

Thank you for writing to MSN Messenger Technical Support.

This is Dane and I am writing in response to your e-mail.

Upon reading your inquiry, I gathered that you would like to know how to change the browser that

opens when checking e-mail thru MSN Messenger.

No [Expletive Deleted] sherlock..

We understand how important this service is to you.

You understand jack [Expletive Deleted]..

Let me try to help you with your inquiry.

Oh goody!

Please note that Microsoft Internet Explorer is the only browser that is integrated with MSN Messenger.

We appreciate your feedback. I forwarded this as a suggestion to the product team that carefully

reviews these suggestions and considers them for future releases.

* Why is it even integrated with Internet Explorer? It could easily be rewritten to load up in the default browser.

* Basically, my email is going to get trashed.

Thank you for your continued support of MSN Messenger.

Don't count on it..

Should you have other concerns, please do not hesitate to write back or you may opt

to use our on-line help located at: http://messenger.msn.com/help

Sincerely,

Dane

HP tech support is just as stupid.
I had a very long argument with them about their stupidity one time. I destroyed their minds. It was wonderful. I wish I still had those e-mails.

Hmm. I think it started with, "Your 'recovery CDs' aren't very useful," and ended with, "Morons. You have lost a customer."

Oh I see. My Recovery CD I got from my E machine blows. I thought it would just be like you could Either Format your HD or just reinstall windows and such but all it does is force you to Format before reinstalling Windows XP. How lame.

That's always fun to do. Blow their [Expletive Deleted]ing heads off with beautiful dulcet tones.

Another site that has a funny story behind it is http://www.mikerowesoft.com. Microsoft tried suing them, but they ended up failing, because though the name sounds the same, it's spelled differently.

Oh, now I remember. That was when I used Yahoo. Yeah, I got into a nice fight with them, too. I hate Yahoo.
