To those of you that have been educated and spawned in America I greatly pity you. I expect Flame posts by you people at the end of this post. Just please read the whole thing M'Kay?
In America They Brain-Wash you from a early age into thinking the "American Way". That America is great and that they live with Gods Blessing. I write this to unfold the Savage Truth.
America... What most Americans think when they hear that word they think "God Bless America" or "America The Home of The Great". But what a foreigner (Euros, Azns.., etc) thinks is a Yank. We define a Yank here in Korea as a American. It is also one of the worst swear words we use. A "Yank" here means a greedy, spiteful, corrupt maggot. In Hong-Kong the "Yanks" are known to be rich retarded white guys pullng strings. While this my be offensive to some. It is something we must all face. Who the hell are we (We being Americans)? Are we really the "Home of The Great"? What went wrong to cause all these bad impressions? I will be dissecting these issues and more in my further paragraphs so please read on as this is something important.
The "Dream"
In the early 18-1900s, America was seen as the place to start a New life and a place for everybody to be rich and happy. This Idealism is still believed in some areas of the world today. Perhaps an example will be more suitable to stir your minds:
My father Having gotten his Archits Degree in the States was cynical. My uncle who had some money and and bright Ideas came thinking about making his "dream". 20 years later: My father has designed countless buildings with many companies. He now feels proud that he has made an impact (albeit a small one) on life. He is now happy and content. My uncle on the other hand is working for a lawnmower company.
Who has found their "American Dream"?
My answer: Nobody.
My father is content, he is happy. That is that.
My uncle has found a day job and has still not given up on the "American Dream".
What I am trying to say is that there is no such thing as the American Dream. Period.
America was once a Dream Land. People would come here expecting to find Wealth and Comfort, not Discrimination and Poverty. That was the true American Dream. However since I have given reason as to why it does not exist (For those of you that can't understand post here and I'll post in more detail when I get back) we will go on.
"God Bless America"...?
What does that phrase mean? Evidently, it was a phrase thought up of by propoganda department workers during the second World War.
Is there any basis for that phrase? Why does "God Bless America"?
Because we say it so many times does that make it true? NO.
Americans are blind to what others think of them. We here in Asia mainly think they are Greedy Bastards With large Wallets. Is there a basis for that? YES.
Take a look at what America did during the Korean War.
Yes they were lauded as heros.
Yes they were big men with even bigger guns... So natrually we liked them!
How did it devolve down to this?
My explanation? THEY WERE BIG FAT BASTARDS WITH LARGE WALLETS.
When Korea opened up a bit more to the Outside World after the Jap occupation. FREEdom came with a price (It always does and I might make a thread on that later).
That price was the Monopolization of Korea.
Foreigners came with promises of big guns and big money when THEY were the ones looking to profit.
We having not been educated fell right for it and started turning this country into the Pile Of [Expletive Deleted] it is today. I will not explain exactly how this happend, however you will understand when (If) You study Economics.
Anyway... Thats how the Devolution of the American Image started to dissolve. Once it started there wasn't much else to do but sit back and watch the Tower that was the American Pride tumble Towards Hell.
"The Home Of The Brave"...?
How is it that America is called The Home of The Brave?
Is it because of some GI on TV going "Be All That You Can Be!" Or "The Proud The Few The Marines"?
Look at the Soldiers here...
The Beurocrats make some crap agreement (Google SOFA agreement and see the [Expletive Deleted]ty details) that gives their soldiers almost complete Diplomatic Immunity?
Is that why COUNTLESS people in my country are raped by these drunk Soldiers?
How is it that they claim to be protecting us when they're the ones raping and pillaging?
And just take a look at that so-called "Democratic" system!
Bush has made countless attempts to drill Alaska and countless other senseless deeds that the Congress has had to Veto.
How has Bush stayed in office? (I'm not even going to start on this one because it would take too long)
Bush went after OIL in IRAQ not the "OBLITERATION OF OPPRESSION".
The oppresors are the U.S. Forces themselves (Not all but in general).
The soldier rape and pillage to such a level in Iraq that not even the Military Censors can hold them all back. You hear the stories on the news about one or two American Brutality Cases, Unexplained deaths... Rapes of prisoners... THIS IS ALL BUT A SMALL PIECE OF THE WHOLE GODDAM [Expletive Deleted] HOLE THE YANKS ARE TURNING IRAQ INTO
Back to the Soldiers HERE.
Why is it that they are here?
I will create a map for you in your head.
Imagine the Korean penninsula.
Now cut that in half.
Where would be the best place for the North to come charging over? THE CENTRE.
And where is the largest American Base? RIGHT BEHIND OUR BASES AND FORTIFICATIONS.
Is that "Brave" to you? Hiding behind the bunkers of the Country you are "Defending"?
Also has it not occured to any of you that we have built upa substantial military force?
it is just a shade under what the NK specs are.
But do you know what is Stopping us from building a Larger army?!
THE GODDAM YANKS.
According to some "Treaty" we are not to build:
WoMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction)
A army larger than they specify.
For those of you that have not yet understood... What that means is that THE GODDAM YANKS.
Are purposfully keeping their forces here collecting tax and keeping their soldiers busy.
