It isn't hard to tell that he cares more about other things. He doesn't even comment on a huge majority of our suggestions, and there are countless bugs here, that any decent admin would have eliminated long ago.

Of course he does things.
But not enough.

I read that he has a bunch of other sites that he admins. It's quite obvious that he can't or doesn't want to do enough work on all of them, or at least this one.
He should get someone else to help him.
