how to get out of paying a parking ticket

there was a guy that got pulled over by a cop and the cap asked do u know how fast u where going and the guy said ya and i alsy have 50 parking tickets, a gun under my seet, and a dead guy in my trunk. the cop goes back to his car and calls the swat teem. the cheaf of police got there and asked the guy if he had 50 parking tickets, a gun under the seet or a dead body in the trunk. the guy said no so the cheaf went and checked. the cheaf went back to the guy and said no u dont have any of that but y would the other cop say that and the guy said i dont know but i bet that sick son of a bitch told u i was speeding didnt he.
