Kobe. Can't Post

Apparently, he wants to be traded. If he does, I hope he goes to Chicago, that would be awesome.

He's the Randy Moss of the NBA. Good, but a complete and total ass.

Really, maybe he's tired of carrying LA on his back.

No he's not. He's trying to further a dynasty long ago set by Magic. If anything, Kobe should want to stay in Los Angeles. He'll always be clutch, just not an overall playmaker.

Kobe will retire on the lakers.

Plus, help is coming. Word around the league says that next year, garnett will go to the lakers.

Garnett is getting old though. He's not dominate anyways. The Lakers need fresh young players to make a team, not a 1-2 player duo. It worked 4 years ago, but the league has changed.

NBA's basketball's gotten worse, 'sept for a few legends, like bron, wade, kobe, etc.

Garnet + bryant = title

Anyways, I just heard that jermaine might go to the lakers instead of garnet.

Well, whoever goes to the lakers (and if one of them do) lakers will win next year.

Totally untrue. Look what happened to the Mavericks. They had the best record in the NBA, as well as top six in the history of the NBA, and lose to an 8th seed in the first round of the playoffs. The playoffs are unpredictable. Kevin and Kobe won't be a dynamic duo. Kobe will ball-hog again. And KG will be there for a year or two before retiring as Shaq will do soon. Wade and LeBron are also not legends. They've hardly been in the league long enough to be named so. Give it some years and both will be natural hall of famers.

Yeah you're right. Averaging only about 1200 yards and 11 touchdowns a year. Psh.
Last year he only had 550, but hell, he was on the RAIDERS. The Patriot's offense, Brady and people to draw defenders off of him? Death for all.

...He also has a 98.5 passer rating :<

Records? They say nothing. I doubt Chamberlain could score 100 points again.

Kevin can play as PF, C or even SF. He's got nice shooting, as well as nice penetration, something that lakers' players lack. And Kobe... he is sick. He's a monster. But, as Iverson, he plays for himself, not for his team. Okay, you are kinda right on this one, but garnet would still be of great help. Not to mention Jermaine.

Don't speculate. Just look at shaq's 15 seasons, and up.

Being a legend goes far beyond the time a players have been on the NBA for god's sake. They are spetacular players. Oh, so you really think that the cavs won the eastern conference championship? Well you're wrong. LeBron did.

On the series vs. Detroit, for instance. He didn't play [Expletive Deleted] on the 2 first GAMES. Cavs lost the 2 first GAMES. LeBron then played like a sick bitch on the next 3 GAMES. The cavs won the next 3 GAMES.

The 4th game? Pistons weren't playing [Expletive Deleted] and Gibson took advatage and did his game. That was all

They still aren't really legends. Sure, they made be Superstars, but you can't consider them legends at such early points in their careers.

While an athlete plays, he is not a legend. I don't care if he averages ten million points a game. He is then a superstar. The second he retires, he becomes a legend.

Depends on your concept of legend.

For me, a legend is someone who plays amazing ball, like Bron and Wade do. Also, someone who plays enough to leave a mark on NBA history.

I'm pretty sure people will know who Bron was in 20 years.

If you define dominating as leading your team to a mediocre season record and barely make a dent in success for years and more to come, you're pretty much, well, not-dominating.

We all know Kobe is sick. The point is, his team actually did win more this season when he was out. The statistics don't lie. KG is a necessity to the T-Wolves, but he wouldn't make or break them.

Iverson? Ha. Iverson is totally the opposite of what you perceive him as. He actually creates plays for his team. If nobody else has the shot, he'll take it himself. It's a little something called taking control of the perimeter. Iverson plays similiar to Nash in that without him his team is leaderless. But that's not the case though, they had Carmello.

LeBron and Wade are both at their prime. They can get better or worse. Give or take a few years and both will be natural contenders for the Hall of Fame and maybe earn their place as argurably some of the best players to play the game. But not right now. Wade's got his Championship, and now it's time for LeBron. That's what it takes nowadays to win the Finals; young, but slightly experienced players.

The statistics don't say [Expletive Deleted]. You can't just base on statistics (and that's what you're doing) to define wether a player is good or not. The timber wolves are by far one of the worse teams on the league. Lakers is just a bad team. That's why kobe was able to lead the lakers and kevin wasn't.

Quit basing on statistics. Creat your own ideas.

And about Iverson, yes, he really plays for himself, and sometimes for melo, but for himself pretty much all the time.

You have to rely and refer back to statistics because you can't label somebody after one good game, or series. Kobe's dominant. He has the championships to show for it. Iverson is a playmaker. Like I said, if nobody else steps up then Iverson must force shots himself. Learn the game.

By that logic Kobe is one of the worst players in the league. The only thing good about him is his statistics. He doesn't make the people around him great, and his team sucked this year.

mmmmno. As I've said before, you can't rely only on statistics. Even someone who knows nothing of basketball and watch him playing can see he's great.
