PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Donovan McNabb tore a ligament in his right knee and will miss the rest of the season, the third time in five years the Eagles will finish a campaign without their hard-luck quarterback.

McNabb was rolling to his right and was bumped out of bounds after throwing an incomplete pass Sunday when he grabbed his leg in pain early in the second quarter of Philadelphia's 31-13 loss to the Titans.

haha, I have to say that was very unsportsmen-like.

McNabb was on the sideline, when the huge ass linebacker just pushed him and he tears his ACL. what a play.

It wasn't even a late hit, he fell on his own out-of-bounds.

yes, as a matter of fact I watched the whole game :)

the linebacker come when he is obviously out of bounds and about to throw it away and he runs into him...

When a 300 pound + man is running full speed at a certain target, do you think he can stop instantly, about two feet from his target? It wasn't a late hit.

i'm not saying it's a late hit but it definatly was a pretty hard hit.

Not at all man, he was almost at a halt. He just couldn't stop in time, McNabb just fell the wrong way.

So was the New York-Tennessee game. Time to beat his other brother, now. It's funny because they almost beat Indy, AT Indy, earlier in the season when the Titans weren't as good.
