Workouts Can't Post

Anyone in this community do regular weight training?
Stuff like:
Benchpress
Squats
Dead Lift
Incline
Military Press
Skullcrushers

Anything like that?
If so, lets start using this thread to exchange tips and stuff.

i do a bit of weight training.

can bench 90 on an incline but thats about it.

I do 5 sets of basically every machine in the local gym every two days, days in between I play hockey and basketball. Last time I checked, I could bench 120. I weigh 165.

On Saturdays I go out and run 3k hard, then rest an hour. Then I go down the the gym with my soccer team, and do our thing. I think I can do around 100 at 160lb. We do like, 150 crunches, 100 squats, and some chinup and some other stuff.

What is a skull crusher?

I can bench close to 180-200. Haven't been lately though to the gym so I could be slacking a bit.

Laying on a bench flat on your back with a bar in your arms, holding it narrower than a benchpress. Bend just your elbows, using your triceps to slow it down, lower it towards your head. Stop it just above your head, and raise it up to straight. Just keep your upper arm straight and just move your forearm.

Its hard as hell.

Oh. I know what those are, it's like benching for your triceps. We just don't really have a name for them.

Twists (Lats):

Lay on your side. Have someone sit on your knees so they don't flop up. Twist your torso and touch the persons head. Repeat 40x

Planks (Abs):

Lay out flat on your stomach. Put you elbows directly under your shoulders. Now lift yourself up with your toes and elbows. Stay as flat as you can, for all of 3 minutes. You should feel your abs being worked,

If you can do planks for 3 minutes, you're a beast. I have a 6-pack, and can only do them for 70 seconds.

I read that wrong. Y'all are talking about elbows and heels. I was talking about full arm extension with hands pointed at heels. Elbows and heels are nothing though, you don't have to worry about your arms.

And girls can do them easier than guys, usually lighter.
