Oh. I know what those are, it's like benching for your triceps. We just don't really have a name for them. Twists (Lats): Lay on your side. Have someone sit on your knees so they don't flop up. Twist your torso and touch the persons head. Repeat 40x Planks (Abs): Lay out flat on your stomach. Put you elbows directly under your shoulders. Now lift yourself up with your toes and elbows. Stay as flat as you can, for all of 3 minutes. You should feel your abs being worked,
