Jammer isn't supposed to be assigning mods himself. He isn't freaking around enough to decide that. He's supposed to set and a mod controller and stuff. We decided this four friggin' months ago and he still hasn't done it, nor even act like he has any sort of agenda to do it.

I have scheduled a few hours to get up to speed again..... I know we have to arrange a mod controller and get some new mods - this is the process I plan to get started tomorrow.
