Well, I know that we alll have been complaining about Gossamer and the outlook of the forums. Well what do you say to this beauty for a layout right here?!?
Don't register just join and also EXCLUDE THE GAMES CATAGORY I MADE it wouldn't let me get back into the admin pannel so just look at the others and vote.
I bet you are wondering why I made this for everyone? Because way down deep I have always beleived in rights to the "lesser" people : )
Anyways, I hope this can persuade Jammer to change FGF to it! And if you are a Veteran post what other layouts you want (They have demos at the PHPBB website) And if you aren't a Veteran PM another Veteran or myself and we might just think about adding your suggestion!
I don't like that skin, it looks too kiddy and un-professional. I don't want complete idiots being the only ones joining because of look. I think we should just switch back to the blue skin that we had before.

I like it, but phpBB and vBulletin shouldn't be our only options. Another one I find exceptional is Invision Power Board.
The GMC (forums.gamemaker.nl) makes excellent use of IPB. FGF would look great using that technology. With flood control and the various other features, spammers would be literally put to a halt.

Reluctant? He flat out refuses. His stubbornness is holding the entire community back. And yet somehow we still get masses of traffic.
We could do so much with a forum powered by something other than Gossamer. It's not that expensive to get the full version of it either... Good phpBB boards can cost about $10... That's not much for a lot more. Also, he could have a PayPal donations page. That'd be cool.
Nonono, if Jammer were to switch to phpBB, he would download the FREE software and set it up himself. He's the admin. He wouldn't be paying another site.
