Runescape kills mods. The entire category is lethal. Look, it killed most of the old mods, and now it's killed Lother, Loads o Fire, and SMI.

We must burninate the entire category before it consumes us all.

I would like to become moderator again, of any forum, i would actually like all mods to be mods of every forum, i belive it would be much easier, then if one is not on, another can solve the problem when there is one.

Don't concede so easily. Global moderating might not be a bad thing, but only a few people should be chosen to be global mods if the idea goes through.

I remember. I also remember the mod wars that went along with that.

No, all mods should NOT be global mods. But a few, i.e. Nightshiver, Taz, etc would make good global mods.

Global modding isn't bad just because we're afraid to trust individuals. It's less organized. I think people would subconsciously decide to do less work by knowing that so many other people could do it. If we give them specific sections to be responsible for I think they are more likely to do it well.

What? No, if there was a large "posse" of moderators, there would be a better chance of having each forum clean, because there would always be someone to do it. If any moderator saw a user or post that violated some rule, they could take care of it right away.
